I'm shopping around for studios. I called and the voicemail said to send them a text. I texted and asked for pricing. I got a response later stating prices for two studios. I asked what the difference was between the studios, and the response said go to the website. I went to the website and the link for Audio recording and nothing happened. The website just showed the exterior of two studios...so how is that helping me?? I texted back asking for pricing clarification and to report the website wasn't working. Got no response. The next day I followed up and they texted...the website works for everybody else! You could pick up the phone and call. What? Terrible customer service. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

The air conditioner was broken and made the experience TERRIBLE. The concept is nice but you could see the water damage on the floor from the broken AC unit.

The vibe is everything. Every time I go to the compound another hit is being made. The staff is friendly & always attentive to what is going on. The equipment quality is out of this world. This place has to be the best studio I’ve been in within Baltimore. I recommend this studio to everyone tourists & natives. You will always walk out of here with a great product & satisfied.
