Mr. Bachman has been a great piano teacher for my 7 year old son. His cheerful personality and incredible patience along with his ability to make learning new skills fun has allowed my son to grow in his musical abilities. He has also been flexible with our family's personal challenges which has been greatly appreciated. We have all enjoyed getting to know Mr. Bachman and continue to look forward to the new musical skills our son develops.

Mr. Bachman has been a great teacher to my beginner students this year. He taught my son (10) the basics of drumming and, when my son decided to switch to ukulele, he quickly learned a song a week. My daughter (7) fully enjoyed learning the trumpet this year and it’s been so fun to see her grow in music reading and playing. I also appreciated being able to sit in on the lessons. His steady, patient, and engaging approach made learning how to play their instruments fun and motivating for both of my kids.

My 7 year old son has been taking guitar lessons with Jim since August. My son absolutely loves Jim. He has years of experience working with young students, and came highly recommended by many other local musicians. Which is why we chose him. He has been very accommodating with vacations and illnesses and truly loves teaching music. We have seen a huge difference in our sons ability to read music and comfort with the guitar. Along with that, his confidence level is starting to sore musically and personality wise. If you have a youngster who is interested in music give Jim a call or email. He is very responsive!
