We couldn’t be more grateful for Kerri and 5 to 1 Music Studio. Both of our boys (ages 5 and 10) have been taking piano lessons with her for about a year, and the experience has been truly special. Kerri teaches out of her home and has an incredible gift for connecting with each child as an individual. She is patient, intuitive, and deeply present with her students. She doesn’t just teach piano—she sees each kid, understands how they learn, and meets them exactly where they are. This is the best trip we've ever had! We're from Canada, and my daughter was going to participate in a piano competition in Salt Lake City. We needed to find a piano practice room and book a hotel nearby. We called several piano studios, but no one answered. Then we saw 5 to 1 Music Studio on Google Maps and called them to give another try, but it was late and no one answered either. We thought we'd just give up and book a hotel the next day. To our surprise, Kerri called back the very next morning! She was very kind and asked what we needed help with, so I described our situation. To my delight, Kerri offered a solution that exceeded my expectations. We are so grateful to have found such an incredible piano teacher for our kids. She is patient, encouraging, and truly gifted at meeting each child where they are. My children feel supported and confident in her lessons, and their progress has been amazing to watch.
