My family and I have made numerous trips to the Guitar Center of Fargo, North Dakota. Each time we’ve had an OUTSTANDING experience with both their store and their staff! The store is clean and very well organized with plenty of inventory to choose from, in all genres and forms of music with very fair pricing. Speaking with not one, but TWO Matt’s, who greeted us as we entered the store, and who were both pleasant and knowledgeable. We were able to take our time in exploring a wide variety of options that fit our needs and we were able to complete our business, effortlessly, with Drew, the two Matt’s and the store manager, Mick, all of whom took very good care of us and made us feel welcomed. The team at the Fargo North Dakota Guitar Center is courteous, polite, helpful, patient and ki

This was a smaller guitar center, but they had a great selection of stuff. My wife and I were just trying to pass some time so we went to check stuff out. Their acoustic room was nice and not very humid compared to other locations that feel like a sauna. They also had a good selection of banjos, ukulele's, and mandolins which I found to be nice! The rest of the store like I said is small but laid out well.

I’ve had problems with guitar center in the past and this transaction was no exception. I ordered an amp head to be delivered to Texas. When I received it, it was expertly wrapped in one layer of paper about the thickness of a newspaper in a box that was about as sturdy as a 90-year-old amputee. Of course it’s DOA and now I have to go return it and hope to find another amp head at another store that can handle the complexities of packaging a delicate item
