Wow! I cannot say enough about the great experience I had at the Roseville Guitar Center yesterday. First, let me say that I love this store as it is not crazy loud. I have been to other Guitar Centers where folks just come in to play and it is so chaotic you cannot hear yourself think. There is much more respect here (staff/customers) which makes it so much more pleasant. I went in to sell my Strat and put toward a Gibson Les Paul as a retirement gift to myself. They could not buy in my strat “as is” because the after market pick guard and back plate were deemed too risqué, featuring a suggestive day of the dead woman on front and a cowboy smoking on back. Asking me some great questions to get to know what I was looking for to make sure I was getting the right tool for my job to be done at the price-point that worked for me. The team were engaged and went beyond just selling me something to do their job. They tested a mic I brought in and thoroughly explained some of the differences in some options for the

I went last Monday Jan 5th, looking for a basic guitar to start playing and a ukulele for my girl, we were wandering in the store looking for help for around 20 mins. Nobody reached to us, staff passed by rushing to somewhere else, I waited in the counter, the guy was on the phone, nobody cared. I will end up searching for another store. The store look great though.
