Emy is one of the most organized and prepared teacher I’ve ever met. Her classes run smoothly every time and she doesn’t get ruffled when a child behaves in an unexpected way. The classes are energetic, fun, and very educational and she encourages young musicians to be creative while teaching music theory through play. I highly recommend Let’s Play Music with Emy!

We love going to Let's Play Music with Miss Emy. She is patient with the children and the adults. Emy puts a lot of effort into how to do each song, like some songs we dance around the room like elephants or March like soldiers to help us remember parts to the songs. Whether it is a shorter class as a younger kid or a longer class as the kids get older Emy is great at utilizing her time to the fullest. She is great at getting everyone to do actions or sing or help with props. Emy also tries to have equal opportunities for the kids to help or be able to play for the class. My daughter and I have fully enjoyed having her as our teacher and would highly recommend her to any family looking for a music or piano teacher!

I’ve had 2 kids in class with Miss Emy and they absolutely love her and their classes! They look forward to going each week and have learned so much. Her sound beginnings classes are interactive, and lots of fun! And the Let’s Play Music program has grown my daughter’s love for music and has taught her so many valuable skills that I know she will use throughout her musical Journey.
