I have gone through so many different mastering engineers and often times I just felt like I was just another number to them. I was usually unhappy with the communication and if there was something that could have been improved in the mix they never let me know or gave me the opportunity to fix it. After being recommended to me but another mixing engineer, I gave Tom a shot and man am I glad I did! The communication is fantastic, he'll let me know if there is a problem I missed in the mix, he'll allow me to fix it (WHICH IS HUGE!) and the best part of it all is that the results are the best I have ever gotten! I will never go anywhere else! You aren't allowed to retire Tom... -Lee Hoffman, tracking/mixing engineer

Tom Volpicelli and The Mastering House really know what they're doing. They took on a project for us and did an excellent job bringing our mixes to life; without any noticeable changes, he added warmth and texture and really made them sound radio-ready. He's also very patient and reassuring, especially with musicians who are stressed out, desperately trying to meet a deadline. And his prices are very competitive. Very much recommended.

I own a recording studio and I know how important mastering is to the final sound of a record. I use Tom to master all of my recordings. His experience and knowledge of the complex world of mastering is spot on, and he has a great feel for what my clients are looking for everytime!
