Threshold Recording Studios is a Gem in the middle of NYC!….The Professionalism, The Vibe, The Gear, The Room and The Final Mix all went Above and Beyond my expectations! The owner James was welcoming and made everything happen at a moments notice…And Simon was a great Engineer (with really good ears) and was an absolute pleasure to work with! I highly recommend this Studio and cannot wait to return with more projects!

Threshold has been the home for 20+ years to all Road Recovery's recording/video projects servicing New York's at-risk youth groups. We've entrusted the state-of-the-art studio (loaded with classic gear) and its expert/caring engineers and producers for our charity's creative collaborations and drop-ins with music industry legends [i.e. Slash, Darryl DMC McDaniels, James Hetfield, Fred Schneider (The B-52's), John Taylor / Roger Taylor (Duran Duran), Smokey Robinson, and many more]. And the studio owner's has a heart full of gold!

Definitely crossed paths with threshold for a reason. It was an absolute pleasure recording my two new songs at threshold studios with Simon and Diana. James was very accommodating for my session and was able to provide for all our needs and more. I will definitely be back! Thanks guys!
