I needed to rent a mic and ended up actually feeling confident in purchasing the Shure Beta 58. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and Marco Antonio was extremely patient and helped me with amazing service! He went above and beyond to understand my questions and explain them in an easy way for me to understand. He gave me different options and was never pushy with sales at all, he would recommend items but never made me feel uncomfortable and pressured to buy anything. He also took the time to explain how I would set up speakers to my new mic 🎤 at home. The store was well stocked, clean, and organized and overall had a nice vibe. This is the best place for buying anything related to musicians, plenty of instruments, gadgets, speakers, amplifiers, there is nothing you cant find in here, or you may also visit their website and buy a whole lot of things, the prices are really competitive, plus personalized attention for buyers of all kinds. You may try and play any Instrument you see on stock, for example i played for a while with an amazing taylor guitar, price at 2k usd, thats something you wont get anywhere else. Long life to guitar Center. Also the place is huge, and is perfectly located so close to mall Norte.

This store has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. There’s only one person who actually provides good service, but unfortunately, he works in the back. In the guitar section, there are two employees who are always chatting with each other (I’ve been there twice this week, and it was the same both times). My son wanted a pedal for his guitar, and we asked for assistance three separate times, but no one ever helped us. Eventually, one of them walked by and told us that not all the pedals were in stock and that we’d have to wait while he went to the warehouse. He never came back. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. By the way, I ended up buying the pedal on Amazon.
