It’s funny that people don’t know why my love for old school music has saved my life from mediocrity and has instead inspired my life to endorse why progressively upgraded mental health wellness matters are exceedingly important for African children. Thankfully, I’ve had the opportunity to be within the tutelage of Mr. Michael Wilborn whom, with the awesomeness of his mother, inspired me to pursue my passion of learning to play the guitar to be better suited to proficiently play favorites of the Isley Brothers. Wilborn Music Studio is absolutely outstanding. Their wonderful, patient, talented teachers are exposing me to music in new, dynamic ways. I take piano lessons with Wilborn, himself; he devotes a portion of the lesson to learning how to play by ear in addition to classical training, which is just amazing. He also encourages me to bring music/songs that I am interested in learning how to play! In short, this place is a treasure of Fort Worth. If you are looking to learn a new instrument; it is never too late. I highly recommend!

Taking classes with Wilborn will always be something I’ll remember. He is a very dilligent, focused and experienced teacher who never misses a moment to give me great advice when needed. He is an amazing teacher and I always leave with more knowledge after our lessons. Highly recommend!
