Rodney played saxophone for my wedding, and I already knew he would do a 5 star job since I took saxophone lessons from him for almost 10 years. My guests kept telling me how good Rodney sounded and how perfect the music was for the crowd and the mood. He has a ton of experience and major talent, like no one I've ever known. Prices are always fair, he's a very kind and professional guy, good communicator, and he can play anything, any style. Highly recommend!

Mr. Brown has been my saxophone instructor since I started playing in 2016. He's been there for every step of my saxophone journey, and been able to teach at age-appropriate and skill-appropriate levels at every point (thanks for dealing with me for the entire span of my teenage years). His passion for music shows in every lesson, and he is sincerely invested in his students' success. Even since I've gone off to college, he's been an incredible resource. I wouldn't be where I am without his specialized and personalized guidance. He listens to not only the playing itself but also my goals and does whatever he can to help set me up to meet them. I wholeheartedly recommend Rodney Brown for any age or skill level. He's a fantastic player, a creative and enthusiastic instructor, but most of all

I returned to playing music after a LONG hiatus. Rodney not only teaches students, but also adults who want to brush off the dust and re-hone their skills. He not only teaches sax, but clarinet and bass clarinet. I took bass clarinet lessons from Rodney and thoroughly enjoyed the experience, not to mention the incredible instruction! Rodney is patient, encouraging, and extremely knowledgeable about music! Oh, and a great sense of humor! He made taking lessons something I looked forward to every week. I highly encourage anyone to seek him out, enjoy the experience, and learn a lot! If Google allowed 10 stars, I definitely would have clicked on 10! Thanks for the experience, Rodney!
