I needed new phone recordings for my private practice and I found these guys online. Their website was clean, informative, and easy to use. Making my recordings was fun and I enjoyed sorting through the voice choices they had. On the customer service side, Shayda was awesome to work with and very understanding. We used Snap on 2019, again last week. Turn around was fast and on the spot. Reading most recent reviews seems that something is amiss with the company. maybe the use of AI instead of live/voice talents? Can't tell. Just make sure you send them notes to specify any special pronunciation. They can help you with this if needed. Lots of VoIP telephone companies recommend them.
