My oldest son started guitar lessons with Alex ten years ago. Alex was the perfect teacher and mentor for my son then, which lead him to learning six instruments in total before he finished high school. Now, my homeschooled daughter is doing vocal lessons at Hashtag Sharps and she absolutely loves it! The daytime class option works perfect for our busier evening schedule, so she’s not having to choose between singing and softball. The new facility is modern, homey, and such a cool hangout for all the kids. Alex has created a much needed “home” for music lovers of all ages and his passion exudes in every detail.

My 2 kids started lessons here at the beginning of this year. My 8 year old has been taking guitar lessons with Mr. Alex, and my 5 year old is taking a Little Jammers Drum class with Mr. Chris. They absolutely love it here. The teachers are amazing, great with the kids, and very encouraging. Both kids are participating in their first concert tomorrow and they are so excited!

Love watching these kids play! Super proud to see my son progressing on both guitar and drums at Hashtag Sharps School of Modern Music. Mr. Alex runs a top notch program where his commitment to music is strong but his commitment to the kids is even stronger. Grateful for Hashtag Sharps and the positive space they have created.
