I was on a field trip with the Senior Center. It was a great presentation in Ruby Diamond. The presenters spoke about the students in the College, the Marching Chiefs. We were treated to music from a brass quartet and another mixed string and brass quartet. Great visit!!

I came into college wanting to be a music major, but although I ultimately went another direction, I still spend a lot of time in music ensembles and at concerts. I know lots of people in the program. Let me tell you: this is the best public music school in the state, and it's top 10 for the whole region. If you're a Floridian high schooler who loves music, this is a pretty good choice. And if you're in the area, there's no reason not to go to a few concerts.

Great Faculty and Music Program. If you are visiting for a concert/recital, make sure to park somewhere else and walk to the CoM (College of Music ) because there are limited parking spaces.
