We were in town on vacation and called up Tom to see what kind of instruments he had, as we have been looking for a professional model trumpet for our son. I am a band director of 28 years and was having a hard time finding ANY store in New Mexico or Colorado that had a good selection of instruments for my son to try out (including the huge stores in the Denver area). He and his daughter, Jenny, met us the next day and let our son try out 7 different pro level horns. They spent two hours with us and went over every little detail of each specific horn. They are incredibly knowledgeable about their products and really took their time helping our son choose his "forever horn". It was an absolute amazing experience, and the instruments were priced incredibly well for the market. This is a fam
