Butterscotch Studios is a wonderful place for beginners. I’ve been taking guitar lessons with Jim and Antonio since the end of August and they’re wonderful. They work on my goals and go at my speed and are incredibly fun. One of my daughters takes violin with Miguel and he’s incredibly patient. I’m very thorough at meeting her at her attention and age level. Laura is amazing super nice and welcoming environment. I would highly recommend checking them out for a show or for lessons.

I recently moved to Longmont and tried two guitar instructors (different businesses) before my new guitar luthier (repair, etc. professional) who I trust completely (shout out to Loco Guitars) suggested I meet Laura (Butterscotch Studios owner). I checked out the website and instructors and was quickly sold. I have since been taking lessons with August, who is the best instructor I've ever had. Laura and team are fun, nice, and are much more flexible relative to other businesses. Highly recommend!!

Such an amazing spot in the Longmont and noco music scene! Beautiful, intimate house shows, lessons from incredible musicians, and a community that just draws you in. Absolutely recommend to local and traveling musicians and music lovers.
