John Albino at Absolute Music in Holmdel has been an incredible mentor to my son for years. His guitar lessons go far beyond just teaching chords and scales - he inspires confidence, discipline, and true love for music and the craft. John does it all, he worked on my son’s guitar and gave it the best setup it’s ever had, perfect action, intonation, and tone. His skill as a teacher, technician, and musician is second to none. I’m a born and raised Hazlet girl so I’ve had absolute music come to my schools when I was younger for carrer day and similar assemblies! I have been playing my uke for almost two years now and have completely fell in love with it. I was so upset when my uke broke, but I brought it to absolute music and John fixed it within two hours of me dropping it off and he wrote a nice little note wishing me a great summer! He fixed it free of charge out of the goodness of his heart and I really appreciate it! Great place with good people working there!
