There honestly is no better place to record in New Jersey or New York. This place is relaxing and comfortable with great acoustics. As an architect and musician, I can say it was designed perfectly. The owner, Joe, has an ear that is unmatched in the recording business. He hears every little mistake, unwanted sound, ding, ting...etc. you name it, and he fixes it within seconds. No wasting time with this guy. His creative input is also top notch. He is a very kind, funny and experienced guy who will make your band sound amazing. I've recorded in studios from Indiana to New York and I would never go anywhere else. It's Exeter from now on!!!

I’ve been making music at Exeter for 10+ years. Ive worked at other studios and i always come back here because the experience and quality of the sessions are top notch. Exeter forever!!

The owner Joe is in absolutely great person who's constantly working on adding new equipment to make the studio better and works really well with bands. Not afraid to offer advice and criticism but not pushy to tell you what to do. Puts out great recordings each time and completely justifies the price. There is zero complaints about this studio. There's also a painting of Kramer the second you walk in, whats not to like?
