We have been at Music Box for 5 years. The studio is comfortable and has a great location. RuthAnn, our piano teacher, is incredibly talented and knowledgeable. RuthAnn's ability to teach is only matched by her wonderful personality. My daughter has been able to participate in NFMC Festivals and recitals. My daughter looks forward to lessons and has thrived learning from RuthAnn. I would highly recommend Music Box Studio!

My daughter started with this group when she was about 8 yrs old (before they moved to this location), and continued until she went away to college. They are a very organized and professional group. She had Mrs Ruthann Harvey for her piano instructor, who is an excellent teacher and who’s energetic personality meshed wonderfully with my daughter’s easy distraction. Although my daughter squawked about practicing, I insisted she continue with her lessons. My daughter went off to college this year and to my surprise sent for her piano book so she could practice at college. Obviously Mrs Harvey was helpful with instilling a love for the art of playing the piano. The cost is very reasonable and they have flexible scheduling.

THE PLACE to learn music in the Poconos, located in Tannersville right off of Route 611 behind Dairy Queen.. it's very professional and offers a cozy place to learn to play practically any instrument in a 1 on 1 setting. My son has been learning to play drums from Scott. Scott is a brilliant music teacher and has the patience of the gods. My son has a learning disability and the step by step lessons by such an experienced and passionate (and PATIENT) teacher has made a WORLD of difference to my son and I have to recommend Scott and Music Box Studios in Tannersville and grant my highest recommendation.
