The whole staff is really knowledgeable and helpful. I remember when they first opened up. I can't believe how fast 50 years fly by. It seems like yesterday. Early summer I got my trumpet serviced too. In a month I am going to get the annual service package. Ant get my trumpet serviced in April before the school band rush for the summer.

Another great experience at George’s Music Spring City getting some fretwork done on my guitars. PJ and Phil were really upfront and honest, letting me know what was worth doing and what wasn’t necessary. The fret ends are super smooth now, and I really appreciate how they took the time to consult with me. Definitely a shop that earns your trust!

George’s is exactly the place you want to go if you are looking for that authentic, hometown guitar and instrument shop. The staff is awesome, they are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and in my experience aren’t looking to upsell you for the sake of making a bigger sale. They genuinely seem to want you to leave happy and go play and make music on just about any budget. If you go in looking for something specific, they’ll help you find it or help figure out how to get it for you. If you don’t know what you want or need, or are just getting started, they’ve got you covered there, too. My dad bought me my first guitar from the Springfield location about 20 years ago when I was in elementary school, and George’s was my go-to music store right up until I stopped playing when I went off
