Monk has always given me a great experience and it is my studio of choice for the location, atmosphere, and staff that I have met there, the owner (Dave) is very helpful and responsive. My favorite engineer there (Xavier) has always helped me find that perfect sound while recording/mixing. I always recommend this studio to everybody whether they are beginners or accomplished artists or musicians. Five stars.

Amazing studio. One of my favorite engineers to work with is David. His eclectic style and background helped shape my sound sonically and I feel I continue to grow as an artist with each repeated visit working with him. Definitely recommend!

Been working with Dave since 2018 and i haven’t worked with any other engineer since. Besides the chemistry we have recording he really pushes me to challenge myself, whether it’s trying new recording methods, having me re-record vocals that didn’t have enough energy, challenging me to excel my pen game but most importantly embracing the type of artist i am and only trying to make me better and not trying to completely change my sound. He gives the most honest feedback simply because he wants the music to be the best it can be. As long as you bring that positive and hardworking energy to the studio David matches that energy, and his mixing skills reflects just the type of engineer he is, his work speaks for itself!
