Was looking for a decent beginner guitar for an Xmas gift, and the staff were very good about showing me several nice instruments, and playing them, so I could hear the difference in tone, and see the features each piece had. They even told me about sending the guitar to have it set up properly. When I picked it up, it was beautifully polished, and the action was easy as could be. Learning shouldn't be too painful! Excellent people here. Highly recommended!
