I had the pleasure of working with Keith Packard as a musician at a recent special event I planned. As a wedding and event planner, I especially value vendors who bring professionalism and energy to the day, and Keith delivered on every level. He was on time, super communicative, and seamlessly read the room to keep the atmosphere going. His music elevated the event, and his presence made the entire experience smoother for everyone involved. Beyond his talent, he’s just an all-around awesome guy to work with. Keith is a fantastic teacher! I signed my nine-year-old son up for guitar instructions not really knowing what to expect, and couldn’t have been happier with Keith as an instructor! He’s comfortable engaging with a goofy kid and keeps him interested and engaged throughout the entire lesson. He helped my son learn a new skill set that he’ll have forever. I found Keith’s methods were perfect for my beginner son; getting my son started with one of his favorite songs and then teaching him some new ones as well. I really appreciated that it wasn’t boring intro stuff but a hands on approach that peaked my kids interest right out of the gate. He even recommended a great starter guitar meant for smaller hands. I’ve been taking lessons with Keith for several months now and I couldn’t be happier! Every lesson is engaging and I feel like I improve week after week. He breaks things down in a way that’s easy to understand and always tailors the lessons to my skill level, goals, and musical interests. Super patient, knowledgeable, and passionate about teaching.
