The Movement Studio is an amazing place for the whole family! My daughter is going into her third season of dance classes with them and she did a summer theater workshop with them. Each instructor is very talented and so good with the kids. After my daughter started dance classes, Sasha (the co-owner) encouraged me to try some of the workout classes and challenges. She did this, NOT for the money but because she genuinely wanted to help me get a better handle on my health after some significant medical issues. Before this, I had been much more of a workout on my own, type of person. With the continued support of Sasha, the other trainers and a great group of members, I have made so much progress. In addition to dance classes, workout classes and theater, they also offer Kenpo Karate!

My daughter has been apart of this studio for years and we could not be happier. We were first introduced through a school program at Acorn many years ago. My daughter enjoyed it so much she pleaded with us to sign her up for the in studio Kenpo. It was both challenging and fun for her. She is taking 3 different styles of dance this year and we can’t wait to see how she flourishes. All the instructors she has had through the years have been absolutely amazing. The performances have been incredibly well put together and entertaining. Ben and Sasha went out of their way to showcase all the hard work of their dancers while maintaining a safe environment through COVID.
