Honestly the best place I have recorded ever. Been my studio for about 5 years and Brian and Felix treat your songs and mixes personally. They want you to achieve the best sound possible. They are always on top of the latest mixing techniques and forever learning and honing their craft. Honest and dedicated with no nonsense. I refer all my music artist friends to them and I am not surprised to see them make their way to HKS. The only reason I wouldn’t recommend them is so I can hog all the recording time. Seriously though I am so thankful they produced 42 songs so far for me and I am amazed at the sound. If you’re not in AZ, but need mixing work they also transformed some of my lesser mixes recorded off site and brought them to life. The rooms are sound treated as well & they have the best

Felix is incredible to work with. I would highly recommend booking time at HandKrafted Studios with him. (HKS) I’m impressed with how Felix structures his recording sessions, and how nice of a guy he is. He’s very organized, efficient, and brings high value the moment you walk in the room. * He's great at expressing his opinion, and doing it in such a way where he doesn’t come across condescending, rude, or arrogant in any way. * He’s way more than a recording engineer. - He mixes - knows how to structure songs - produces - gives meaningful feedback - gives artistic business consultation - AND MORE… just to name a few Hiring Felix is a great choice! I just hope he doesn’t get too overbooked where we can’t book him again soon!

I've worked with Brian and Felix extensively and I can attest to their talent and professionalism. They both have very fast communication. Everything they've done is sonically excellent. If you're in Arizona, this is where you should be recording your music, no question about it. And they're great for online mix work as well.
