After being in the store for 2 hours with my son and husband, my husband noticed an associate stared us down the entire time. After looking at pianos a gentleman asked if we were okay and needed anything. My point of coming was because my 15 year old is interested in playing the guitar. My husband, after looking around found a form we can use to sign my son up for lessons. I've never shopped at guitar center but it would've been nice if instead of staring, come approach! Not so welcoming first impression. Ill be checking to see if there's a different location we could visit to receive lessons. Came in looking for some specialty baritone uke strings that were labeled as in stock on the website. I drove an hour for some lanky long haired guy to act too bothered to help me and then try to explain to me, a ukulele player, how strings work and that you can’t tune a baritone to gcea… while he’s looking at a product that says “baritone gcea” after moaning and groaning while walking around the store with minimal effort to actually help , he said they didn’t have it. I got my strings elsewhere, but I wanted to leave this picture to show this lovely person. Now you don’t have to mislead anyone or make people feel inadequate 💜

very bad experience and very disappointed.. 2 weeks ago I bought a drum kit but they didn't have the one I was looking for. They told me they had others. I looked at one, Tama. Brand new, but it was on clearance, I bought it and added protection, when we started putting the pieces together, one was broken, and it didn't have any manual book. I returned to the store with the broken part, but they told me they couldn't replace it. I had two options: buy it. Other hi-hat stand. Then I came back and they told me that because I bought it and it was clearance I couldn't return it, and even with the protection I put on it they didn't replace that part. I had to buy another part for $115. I called the company twice and explained what had happened. They told me that the store had replaced or exchan
