Katie is a very talented musician and a fine teacher. She plays more instruments than I can enumerate and professionally performs in several. Her instructions are very intuitive and methodical. If you follow along you'll avoid so many pitfalls and start to see results quickly. I haven't taken her lessons for my advanced violin studies but it was only because I had moved. Given the chance, I would've loved to join her again for lessons.

I have had the pleasure of watching Katie teach and perform for the past 16 years! Katie Pearsall is a dedicated teacher who always brings the highest level of musicality out of her students. She works tirelessly to have her students achieve the highest level of excellence in everything. As a musician, Katie has performed at Carnegie Hall in New York and is well versed in many alternative styles of music. While violin is her main instrument, she also performs on the viola, cello, bass, piano, all of the band instruments, ukulele and voice. I am truly honored to have her as a friend and colleague and I highly recommend her as a teacher to any aspiring musician.

I have been taking violin lessons and a student of Ms. Pearsall since 2010. It will be 11 year this coming December. A few words that I would use to describe Ms Katie include, but are not limited to: amazing, kind, generous, professional, understanding, and hard working. She has been my only violin teacher and my family and I have chosen to continue lessons with her throughout the years. Maintaining lessons as an adult has been difficult, especially through college and starting a new career. However, Ms. Pearsall has worked with me through those hard times and has helped me progress into the violinist that I am now. My skills as a violinist continue to improve and I am able to meet challenges as the music becomes even harder. With Ms Katie’s guidance, I know that I will achieve my goals
