Marcus has mixed 4 songs for me now and I keep coming back because no one else has the attention to detail and care for the craft like he does. I spend a lot of time getting my songs right myself, so handing it over to someone else can feel like a big deal. From Marcus’ first reply email, where he carefully detailed exactly how he’d go about improving different aspects of my track, I felt really comfortable leaning on his expertise for my project. This was the kind of collaboration I was looking for but to be honest, this level of care can be hard to find for newer musicians with smaller networks.
