When I was in grade school my music teacher told me I had no real musical ability, and I believed her for about fifty years. Although I always loved music, I accepted the idea that I was meant to listen but not play. Then about ten months ago I met the Whitney family at a social event. Gabe assured me I could learn music, so I started taking upright bass lessons. That was my dream instrument. Now, I am not only playing upright bass, but I am also learning the ukulele with Jennifer Whitneys ladies' group that meets every Thursday. Sometimes I want to pinch myself because I can hardly believe I am learning to play music! It is not easy for me, but the people at NoiseMakers are both patient and talented. I highly recommend this fun school. Also, I learned that they turn the school into a fant

We decided to go to Noise Makers for our company Holiday Party. This was actually the second time we did this since everyone had such fun the first time a few years back. We participated in the "One night band" where everyone learns a song or two on any instrument they choose. Once everyone is ready, you get to go on stage, as a group, and perform. Everybody had a blast! Great team building. The owner, Gabe and his son, Quinn were awesome! Thank you both, we will definitely be back.

The best music school in St. Pete for true music lovers. Gabe and Jennifer put their heart and soul into Noisemakers and you can feel the family spirit in everything they do. If you prefer to learn music from real musicians, based on what you love about music, instead of strict traditional rules, then you'll love Noisemakers. It's amazing to see the students flourish and HAVE FUN forming bands playing original music together. Our kids have been taking lessons there since 2010. I recommend Noisemakers all the time. 5 stars in not enough.
