As a parent of a young adult navigating the career world, I have been extremely impressed with the opportunities and mentorship that Drew and the staff at DVLP has offered him in the immersive MCC program. He is genuinely excited after each class to tell us about what he has done. The ratio of students is very small to allow for more personal attention. The equipment is state of the art. Opportunities abound for him to be hands on involved with producing, building a studio and so much more. Highly recommend this program!

DVLP Academy founder and executive producer Drew Dugan has been an absolute pleasure to work with. His enthusiasm and swift turnaround time are both immensely appreciated. He’s knowledgeable and he takes feedback well. As far as mixing and mastering engineers go, I cannot recommend him highly enough.
