I've had excellent experience with this store and their staff ever since they opened a few years ago, namely Kris since the beginning, and recently Randy whom I just had order me the Ibanez acoustic guitar and Gator gig bag I had my heart set on. They can get you the best deals, even if they have to order it, and their friendly customer service has always been one of the main reasons I like this store. In fact, I think they have some of the best customer service around, in general. They're always so welcoming, engaging, and helpful. They love what they do, and are always positive and more than glad to help you find what you're looking for. This place feels like the good old hometown music stores from the past when times were simpler. This is by far my favorite music gear store, and I hope

Had a great experience purchasing an alto saxophone. Everyone we spoke with was very helpful. My son tried the ones in the store and wasn't really into any of those, so they offered to bring some other models in for him. They communicated with me very well and kept me in the loop as to when each instrument arrived at the store. When we went in, he tried 2 models they brought and he ultimately went with the instrument suggested by the nice gentleman I spoke with on the phone (I'm sorry, I don't remember his name). It was a very reasonable and competitive price. My son is really enjoying his new alto saxophone. Excellent service.

Music & Arts located at 2427 Cross Pointe Dr #106, Rock Hill, SC 29730 is a great Music Store to buy instruments and accessories for Band, Orchestra, Percussion and Guitar instrumentalists. They also have some audio recording equipment too. Kris who helped me was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable - am happy to shop here as they have quality merchandise unlike some of the other big Music Stores (it’s pretty unbelievable when a Music store gets their own label stuff and only sells that! This chain has a great variety of accessories (I’m a Professional Clarinetist).
