I recently co-facilitated an art and yoga retreat at Emergence. I cannot say enough good things about the beautiful retreat space or the incredible people, Jessica and Chris, who run it. They've both put so much thoughtfulness, care and intention into every aspect of the space, from the hot springs tubs to the art room and beyond. They are both so openhearted and kind, and clearly committed to hosting meaningful and transformative healing experiences. Chris brought his decades of expertise with sound healing to offer a sound bath for our group in the incredible yoga/sound space that he so lovingly and thoughtfully designed. The whole retreat was such a beautiful experience. Chris and Jessica were fantastic hosts and collaborators and we look forward to working with them again!

I recently had the great experience of co-facilitating a yoga and art retreat at Emergence. It’s hard to imagine a better setting for transformational work! The art and yoga/sound spaces are thoughtfully and beautifully set up. The space is very convenient to restaurants and hot springs downtown. Most importantly, the hosts, Chris and Jessica, are amazing. They both have a clear commitment to their own artistic and healing practices, and it really shows in the care they take with special events. Highly recommended!

Emergence is a beautiful space! We recently rented it for a yoga retreat, it suited our group perfectly. We also received the added bonus of including a Sound Bath for the yogis…. Out of this world healing and relaxing. The space is very conveniently located, and the owners are 2 of the kindest, most interesting people in TorC. If you have the opportunity to attend an event in the space (or are looking to rent a beautiful studio)- look no further.
