We have been with Dr. Dennis for a few years, and we love his ability to allow "space" for kids to be themselves. He is a child whisperer, making music something fun to do, allowing the kids to explore their creativity and personal interests instead of dictating a specific speed of learning or practice time or choice of music. This approach is very much unlike the rigid structured style of piano teaching that I've seen in the past. I think it allows my children to look forward to their time with him, as they explore their abilities with a smile and an interest.

My daughter attended piano and singing classes at Dennis Frayne Music Studio for almost 7 years. Due to many school obligations and a number of after-school activities, we had to pause her lessons, and it was with literal tears in our eyes that we made this decision. Dennis is an exceptional teacher who is not only a great listener but also understands each student individually, tuning into the right approach for their unique needs. He invests considerable time in developing his students' skills and self-confidence. One of the highlights of his teaching is the frequent events he organizes where students get to perform in front of an audience and on different stages. Dennis Frayne runs a professional, and in my opinion, highly scientifically validated method of running a musical school, or an institution in general for that matter, when it comes to teaching music to a general audience. His style and teachers, particularly Brendan who is my guitar instructor, have allowed me to unlock my musical potential. I came in months ago as a novice in guitar, but now I can confidently say I am intermediate, and I enjoy every day on the guitar. Thank you Dennis, and thank you Brendan :D
