I had a wonderful experience shopping for a trumpet. I was looking for a professional level trumpet to upgrade from my student level horn that I have had for the past few years. I walked in, and within a couple minutes I was testing out some horns. I felt the gentleman helping me was very helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. He was also extremely hands off as well, in that he let me play the different horns and figure out what I liked. While listening to me play, he wasn’t trying to sell me on a horn because of his personal biases, more expensive price, etc. I walked out with a beautiful Yamaha horn, that I absolutely love. It plays like a dream! I would definitely recommend this store if you’re in the market for a new instrument.

Refused to honor a sale price: as a recent customer for a fairly high-ticket pair of PA speakers, I received an emailed offer for 15% off of my next order. The only exclusions were previously discounted items and a few other similar things, nothing brand-specific. When I tried to use my 15% off the next day, I was told all Fender gear was excluded--only over the phone, not in writing. The offer is still up on their website, even, but the customer service person just refused to offer it, wouldn't let me speak to her supervisor directly, claimed he'd call me, but then that never happened either. I'm disappointed but more than anything feel like this is disrespectful
