What a great experience I had with Palen Music Center. The entire staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The atmosphere was relaxing, and they took the time to answer all my questions. I purchased an Epiphone Les Paul 50s Standard Gold top, and couldn't be happier with it!! I'd like to give a special shout out to Tyler, who took extra time with me going over putting together a good drum kit, as im trying to get back into playing. I recommend Palen Music with high regards!! Scott

I was happy that the staff member found an affordable kick pedal for my 4 year old son's drum set. However, when we got it home we found it seems to be missing an important part or parts. Any other kick pedal I have seen has a rubber footing on it that prevents slippage and damage to floors. This pedal either didn't have them, which may be why it was so affordable, or that part was missing. Either way, now we're trying to figure out how to use it without damaging our floors. Update- a store employee contacted me to clarify this particular model kick pedal does not come with the rubber footings. However, they've ordered a footing that will fit. While it is an additional cost, the total for the kick pedal and the footings is still very reasonable.

Dr. Allen is fantastic. My 6 year old daughter started lessons with him and has progressed quickly. She looks forward to her lessons with him. He really knows how to break it down to a level she will understand and retain. I’m also learning from his guidance with her - we love it!
