If you own a Focusrite Interface and are looking to get it fixed don't hesitate to send your package off insured to them, they do great work and the cost is not nearly as bad as buying the parts yourself and fixing it at home. I tried to do just that but lack the diagnostic gear to ensure I do a proper job. Fantastic work, reasonable price. If you need your hardware ASAP, your going to have to be patient, my turn around was about one month. Very impressed, will use again!!!

Not a bad place to pick up!! If the product is ready, they’ll load you early! The only downside is that they only load one truck at a time. Usually takes about 45 minutes per truck. Shipping office is about halfway down the building. Oh, also. They won’t let you stay in your truck while loading.

Good place for delivery. Receiving door is at door 31. I was unloaded in less than 1 hour. A lot of space to pull back. U can park overnight on the street ( no restriction signs). No restrooms:(
