Mike is AMAZING! My son has been taking lessons from him for going on 8 years now, since he was in first grade! Not only has he taught him to play well, he’s helped cultivate a love of music that i don’t think would have existed had it not been for Mike. He makes the lessons super easy and allows each students individual personality shine through with their song choices! The end of the year recital is my favorite part! Not your typical recital, more reminiscent of a rock concert with smoke and lasers with the crowd encouraged to get into each performance! I highly highly recommend Mike, his expertise is worth every penny… which compared to so many studios out there is extremely reasonably priced!

Mike is the best drum teacher in Utah! His care and desire to have his students learn how to play and really enjoy the process is nothing short of amazing! If I could leave him ten stars I would. My son started playing as a young teen and now is in two bands and teaches drums!! There were times when it was hard to get him to practice, but Mike stayed patient and made it interesting. Recitals are fun! I can’t say enough positive things about Mike Dale Drum studios!

Nothing but positivity for Mike Dale Drum studio! My son is on his fifth year with Mike Dale, and absolutely loves working him. He is a wonderful teacher that cares, and goes above and beyond for all of his students. He is very passionate about what he does, and how he teaches. My son’s skill level has excelled tremendously since being with Mike Dale. He makes it easy and fun to learn each song. The end of the year recitals are fantastic! He puts a lot of work into the setup. I would highly recommend lessons from here!
