VIP music has been a blessing for both of my children’s music journey and my own. All of the teachers are highly skilled and credentialed at not only their craft in music but at teaching. Everyone’s great at working with kids and adults. They care about their students, put time into their lesson planning, and they cater to the needs of their clientele. They have opportunities to put kids in situations where they apply what they learned in a band performance Which is really important to develop your musical ability. The price is very affordable and there’s a lot of flexibility with scheduling. VIP offers instructions on all different types of instruments Including voice. I couldn’t ask for a better program to be a part of. I highly recommend.

My son has been attending this school for a few years now.He's worked on his skills on the piano, drums, and soon the guitar. You can tell that the instructors LOVE music, that it's a huge part of their lives and that they enjoy sharing that with their students! My son loves to learn and play with the instructors & other students and we get to enjoy the performances they have throughout the year. Would definitely recommend if you're a musician who wants to take your skills to the next level or have never played an instrument & want to start. Update: we're now in August 2025 and still going strong! Both my children attend VIP. My daughter takes guitar and my son piano. My son has shown a huge interest and now plays guitar and drums. They both have an amazing instructor, Devin. He is very passionate about music and a kind soul. Maria has several opportunities to participate in performances. Both kids did the annual end of year performance and had so much fun. Last year my daughter also participated on the Earth Day celebration at Balboa Park.
