Professional. High Tech. And always FUN!! Carmen’s studio feels like the combination of a relaxing spa and a state of the art recording studio. Each session includes a challenging warm-up, followed by working on a song to develop skills. She monitors my progress, invites me to push just past my comfort level, yet always keeps each session very uplifting and positive. I came in lacking vocal skills and confidence in myself, and I now regularly perform at open mics…I get compliments all the time on my vocals. My professional opera singing friend suggested I find a vocal coach that was not just a teacher but also a professional performer. Carmen definitely ticks that box. I’ve seen her show, and she’s a real power house.

Carmen is very professional and patient when teaching. I highly recommend anyone looking to find their vocal voice to take lessons with Carmen. She will work with you one on one in her studio making you feel more confident when taking the lesson.
