Place is basically a scam at this point. I went in with my band and a few others after we thought we could save a little cash. Everytime I go there it looks like more of a crack den. Our studio, within 2 months of renting, lost most of it's lighting, then starting leaking water from the ceiling, and then the ceiling was removed (still not replaced as of last Sunday). So we had to put 2 buckets in the middle of the room (pretty sure we brought them) with all of our musical equipment and avoid the middle while jamming in an already cramped space. I come to grab the PA for a gig...ironically in PA...and only one light is DIMLY working. After 15 min a second one comes on fully to provide adequate lighting. Grabbed the PA, speakers, stands and shut off everything and left. I come back 2 day
