OCP really came through for us during one of our latest events...I've thrown many events over the years, but our launch of "Business Block" was a new program / event in which video and online streaming was going to be vital to the success. Going into new territory, OCP was very helpful in making sure we understood the technology and were aware of the details with the live streaming process. In addition to all this knowledge they provided leading up, they also ensured that our guest speakers were provided with an overview of the mic setup and other technical details the day of the event. Oak City Productions was amazing to work with when we needed to transform a live event into a virtual conference in a very short time frame. With having no experience in delivering education online, we relied on OCP to figure out the best and most cost efficient platforms and how to increase participation and build anticipation. They also hosted a 90 minute Zoom event with ten speakers and lots of participant interaction that worked flawlessly. Heather and her team were fun and easy to work with and always quick to respond to our questions and requests. Recorded three songs guitar and vocals for my teenage daughter. Paul the head engineer was super accommodating and made her feel at ease so she could concentrate on her playing and her singing. Great little studio with pro gear. Paul seemed very much at home behind the console. Looking forward to the final mix as I know it will be a thing of perfection.
