Engine Studio was the videographer and sub-contracted a photographer for a scholarship reception we held in May 2022. Engine's communication was thorough and consistent from our first contact through the completion of the project. The event was held outdoors on a very hot, very windy day. The Engine team was extremely professional and prepared; because we had not been able to pre-test the lighting and setup, there were significant layout changes which were necessary for the audio/video capture to be ideal. The Engine team not only clearly explained what changes were needed they helped move tables and chairs and decorations so our event setup was not impacted in any way. Doug and Holli asked great questions to guide their video editing work and it was clear they really "got" what event vibe
