Gotta give my honest review. I’ve to this store a handful of times over the last 10-15 years and what I have to say is this. DO NOT BRING ANY TRADES ANYTHING YOU WANT TO SELL DAY OF. The manager is never there and every employee is scared to do anything without his approval, and you could be there for hours waiting. Every guitar I have ever played at that store, and I really do mean every guitar has had either an intonation problems, EXTREMELY out of tune, or beat up with and increased price tag. $2000 guitar on the wall..and buzzes on the 3rd fret & has pickup noise. lol. I thought after the move that they would have done some stuff better but it looks like the same practice they did at their last location. I would personally recommend anywhere else local. Service sucked. Sales person was more interested in the computer than talking trade. Lots of Japan and China made equipment. Shop around for much better deals.

My cousin likes to visit this store when she is visiting her dad (he was actually my Uncle Larry first). She's an actual professional musician. Yeah like the kind found playing in real bands. Okay well I really enjoyed checking things out and got this beauty on my first visit. Yes I will be back for they have a semi-hollow Ibanez that would match this one nicely. I would recommend you stop in for yourself. If you don't play music, I would guess that you like some type of music and that's no problem. I seen the sign on the door says they offer music lessons. And then if you get a guitar and find that it's not your thing. You can unload your slightly used instrument to them so they can sell it to me at a fraction of new price.
