Tom is a very likable guy as well as a skilled sound technician/engineer, having the inner ear to hear slight nuances that may need to be adjusted or by the same token left alone. I felt so comfortable in his ability that I felt I didn't even need to be there, and as the drummer, its imperative that I should be.
