★ 5 · Lauren TracyNative Sound is a rare gem in St. Louis. Recording there feels state of the art and laid back, like your best friend has access to the best equipment available. David was amazing to work with. He was enthusiastic and patient, truly interested in helping produce the sound and result we were looking for. I definitely felt like we got more than our money's worth with such a professional experience. Highly recommend!

★ 5 · Ellen HAbsolutely the highest bar for recording music with craft and style in St. Louis. A beautiful space and inspiring to work in. The crew at Native Sound is knowledgeable, passionate, and wants you to make *your* record, instead of pushing for some generic sound. If you are a gearhead, they will happily geek out with you and provide amazing equipment, both cutting-edge and vintage. If you aren't as techie (like me), they will help you figure out what you need and create the best set up. They are the perfect mix of down-to-earth-friendly and professional.

★ 5 · New MassesDavid Beeman's Native Sound is a world class recording studio that is an inviting mix of analog equipment and the latest in recording tech. His impeccable taste and vision as a producer elevates every musician who enters his studio. The place itself gives off a warmth with all the old instruments and burnished wood decor. It reminds me of the beloved Rare Book Room which used to be one of Brooklyn's finest recording studios. This place is simply magic for any band or musician who needs a nurturing, top-drawer recording studio. And, the Cherokee Street location can't be beat. Whiskey Ring awaits!
