My son gets lessons from Wyatt and he has improved so much. It's really motivating him to practice more at home as well. The overall vibe of the place is awesome. My son always comes out from his lessons with more and more confidence! Plus the location right in Lagrange is super convenient.

Mike & crew make drumming fun and accessible by offering dynamic group classes in addition to traditional private lessons! His skill, positivity, and fervor as an instructor are hard to find, and our experience has been incredible for the multiple family members taking lessons at the Dojo. There are specialty technique sessions from time to time, bucket drum event/party options, homeschool group enrichment, ladies-only and family classes offered and so much more! I checked off a bucket list item learning the Billie Jean beat alongside my 9 yr old and can’t wait for more! I also respect the community involvement Mike maintains with many events in the historic downtown where the studio is located.

Bang on the drum all day with Mike at the Groove Dojo. He is simply the best. So talented, so chill and a great teacher. My son has been taking lessons from him for almost a year now and it’s amazing to see his progress. Even better is to see how much my adult friends enjoy their classes with Mike. Class act all the way. Call him up and get your groove on.
