I rented a monthly rehearsal space here for two years. Everyone is friendly and the staff is incredibly helpful and responsive. Everything about the facility is super straightforward. The rooms are clean, the environment is safe/secure, and the freight elevator makes load-ins/outs very easy. The only reason I stopped renting the space is because I’m moving, otherwise I’d stay. Would absolutely recommend to friends/family!

Rented a space here for around 2 years. The Wholesome team was easy to work with and provided a solid space for us to work in. We had an issue in our unit (due to an issue with the building itself) and they resolved the issue promptly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a solid rehearsal space!

Need to fix the rental C3- if using a toe switch on the volume pedal to control Leslie speed, it needs to be wired correctly as an on/off switch. Currently it's on all the time, and you have to hold the toe switch to slow the Leslie down- very difficult to play it this way. The tow straps on the rig also make it difficult to get comfortable on it. Only critical since you're in the old Hammond factory and advertise as such.
