Dr. Savage is an amazing vocal teacher. I began taking classical vocal lessons from him the beginning of my senior year. Thanks to his lessons, I've been accepted to all music programs that I've applied -- including competitive ones such as University of Michigan SMTD, Jacobs SOM at Indiana University, Oberlin Conservatory, and CWRU! I truly could not recommend him more if you're interested in classical music!

Dr. Savage has been a vital source of support and encouragement for finding my true voice. Through his teaching and encouragement, I have a much deeper understanding of my voice as an instrument and enjoy our lessons! Highly recommend his studio.

Teaching voice is very tricky because it's all about individual perceptions and sensations of the voice. I feel lucky that i have found Mr. Savage. He always finds the right words and examples to explain what I should do to produce a good quality sound. Moreover, he is able to demonstrate/sing it too. It's very helpful and amazing because I am a soprano, he is a tenor. I have been his student for less than six months, but my voice has been already changed.
