Still in process, but I am very impressed by how she has changed and developed my voice. I just retired at age 55 and I want to explore musical theater. I thought I was a belter, which I may be, but I have discovered my "legit" voice - soprano with ease. I can now explore all ranges of my voice. I enjoy scientific learning and Kathy is willing to teach me the science so I can apply it. Lower larynx, room 1 and room 2 - all of it makes sense!!! Please consider Golden Voice Studio!!

I’ve been taking voice lessons with Kathy since the end of 2024, and out of the three voice teachers I’ve worked with, no one has helped me grow as much as she has. My voice is almost unrecognizable compared to when I started, and she continues to surprise me with the quality of sound I can now produce. The beginning was challenging, since I was used to teachers jumping straight into songs rather than focusing on technique. But sticking with the fundamentals was absolutely worth it. Kathy is exceptional at breaking down concepts in multiple ways, and if one explanation doesn’t click, she always finds another approach that does. She’s also taught me how to practice effectively on my own, which has made a huge difference in my progress outside of lessons. I would highly recommend Kathy to

Ms. Kathy is fantastic in what she does. My 8 year old loves learning from her. She's very amiable yet authoritative at the same time. I witness how my daughter looks forward to each session with Ms. Kathy, and is motivated to practice what she's learned in between class. Ms. Kathy challenges her to go beyond her current skills, pushing her to improve in her singing. I highly recommend Golden Voice Studio. Having it available as an online lesson is a great plus - convenient (for parents :)) and more importantly effective.
