Modern Tone Studios is my go to studio to track music at. Over the past few years Jacob has produced live band recordings for an EPK for a past cover band of mine, a full EP for an artist I played bass for, and most recently he has helped me with my band Used to Be Valentines's second album by contributing his engineering skills and his musical abilities to track and craft vocal arrangements that do my songs justice and make them even better. Jacob is a true fan of music and it comes across in his consistent enthusiasm for the wide array of projects we've done together. I've recommended him to everyone who asks me where I record, because he truly has given me the best experience in tracking music. Excited for whatever we track next together.

We absolutely love Modern Studios! The facilities are beautiful, clean, and so thoughtfully designed for learners. But what truly sets this place apart is the incredible staff, especially Chris Martsolf. Chris has been teaching my daughter piano since she was just 3 years old and I honestly never imagined piano could be so accessible and enjoyable for a toddler! His patience, clarity, and charming teaching style have made every lesson something she genuinely looks forward to. It’s magical to watch her grow week after week not just musically, but in confidence and focus too. Chris brings such passion and joy to teaching music and it makes all the difference. We feel so lucky to have found him. Highly recommended

Jacob is a total pro. The studio is clean, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable to work in. Jacob has plenty of gear and a clear idea of how to get the best out of people. The prices are incredibly reasonable and the final product is completely professional. Can’t recommend ModernTone Studios highly enough.!
